Our 90-minute online yoga training program is designed to change your perception of your body and initiate you into a healthier and happier life with the practice of yoga.

During the program, you will learn how to remain active and energetic in your day-today life through simple yoga practices.

What does our program covers?

Yoga Training:
60 Minutes

Get familiar with the practice of yoga and learn simple but effective asanas to improve your overall health tremendously.

Nutrition Session:
15 Minutes

Learn what you should eat to compliment your yoga practice and remain strong and focused in your daily life

Q&A Session:
15 minutes

Clear your health-related doubts by asking questions from our trainer during the 15 minutes QnA session

Meet your instructor

Jyoti is deeply involved in the practice of Yoga and her vision to change people’s lives with it for the last 4 years. She is 200 TTC certified by the Yoga Alliance in the US and hosts a Yoga show on “First India” TV channel.

She will host our session and help you leave your pain and stress behind and live a healthier and happier life with Yoga.

I am Janvi Chitalia an Integrative Gut Microbiome Health Coach and Functional Nutritionist.

I help in working towards figuring out the root cause of the issue of then reversing it on the basis of using food as medicine by integrating the functional nutrition approach on Gut health.
